Orders for appraisals can be made in your office through our easy to use technology platform that ensures appraiser rotation and separation. Communications and management reports available to track appraiser turn times and separation between parties. Our appraisal management team will conduct necessary compliance reviews and dispute resolutions. All billing and payment processing is also included in SIR's Full Appraisal Management Service.

Our system generates communications and management reports to track appraiser turn times and communications between parties.

- Current interagency appraisal and evaluation guidelines as adopted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
